Drawing Disclaimer

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, D.C. and Canada, you must be 18 years and older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the Drawing constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.

DRAWING PERIOD: Archangel of Mercy, LLC (“Archangel”) reserves the right to end the drawing at any time. Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Drawing Period.

DRAWING ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: During the Drawing Period, you may submit one entry, and one entry only.

PRIZE: The Prize will be delivered to the winning entrant’s email or at the sole option and discretion of Archangel to a recipient designated by the Drawing winner. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.

PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS: By participating in the Drawing, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor (Archangel).  By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold Archangel and affiliates harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions, and liabilities of any kind in connection with the Drawing or receipt or redemption of the prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in the Drawing use or redemption of the prize.

GENERAL RULES: By entering or participating in the Drawing, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and by the decisions of Sponsor (Archangel), which are final and binding in all respects.
